What to Expect:
Introduction to the History and Philosophy of Ikebana Learn about the origins, different schools, and the spiritual essence of Ikebana, presented in a way that’s easy to understand for everyone, including international participants.
Tools and Basic Handling Get familiar with the essential tools, such as kenzan (floral pin holder), hasami (flower scissors), and flower vases, and learn how to use them properly.
Selecting Floral Materials and Understanding Basic Structures Discover tips for choosing seasonal flowers and learn how to harmonize colors and shapes. Practice creating basic Ikebana arrangements while learning practical techniques.
Hands-On Practice Start with beginner-friendly arrangements using seasonal flowers. Receive personalized feedback from the instructor to refine your work and enhance your skills.
Reflection and Photography Review your completed arrangement and capture the moment with memorable photos.

Kimono is not included.
Feel free to take photos during the lesson.
Participants under 16 years old are not allowed.
Socks are required. If you arrive barefoot, socks can be purchased on-site for an additional fee.

The class is approximately 1 hour.
Participants are responsible for any accidents or issues that may occur during the lesson.
